  Sca-1 + cells were isolated from bone marrow cells from BALB/c mice using the Anti-Sca-1 MicroBead Kit (VioBright™ FITC), two MS Columns, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant ® Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
