Anti-IgD MicroBeads were developed for the positive selection or depletion of surface IgD-expressing B cell populations from PBMCs.

Applications

Enrichment or depletion of naïve B cells that express surface IgD can be achieved by sequential cell sorting using Anti-IgD MicroBeads. After the enrichment of B cells with the B Cell Isolation Kit II, IgD-expressing naive B cells are specifically labeled and isolated with Anti-IgD MicroBeads.

cells were isolated from human PBMCs using Anti-IgD MicroBeads, an MS Column, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were fluorescently stained with CD23-PE (# 130-094-505) as well as with Anti-IgD-APC (# 130-094-553) and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant

Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
