  CD184 (CXCR4) + cells were isolated from human pluripotent stem cell-derived early endoderm cells using the CD184 (CXCR4) MicroBead Kit human, an LS Column, and a MidiMACS™ Separator. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant ® Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
