  Mouse CD31 + endothelial cells (bEnd.3 cells) were isolated from a mixture of U937 and bEnd.3 cells using CD31 MicroBeads, an MS Column, and an OctoMACS™ Separator. Cells were fluorescently stained with CD31-PE and analyzed using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
