  PBMCs of a CMV + donor were stimulated overnight with PepTivator™ CMV pp65 or left untreated. The responding CD137 + T cells were separated using the CD137 MicroBead Kit, two MS Columns, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were additionally stained with CD8-FITC.
