T cells from human PBMCs in a two-step procedure.

Detailed separation procedure

The isolation of naive CD8

⁺

T cells is performed in a two-step procedure. First, naive T cells are enriched by depletion of non-naive T cells and NK cells, which are indirectly magnetically labeled with a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. In a second step, the enriched naive T cells are labeled with CD8 MicroBeads for subsequent positive selection of the CD8

naive T cells.

T Cell Isolation Kit can be used for functional T cell studies, e.g., studies on signal transduction or cytokine expression after activation of the naive CD8

T cells were isolated from human PBMCs by using the Naive CD8

⁺

T Cell Isolation Kit, an LD Column and two MS Columns, a MidiMACS™ Separator and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were stained with CD8-PE-Cy7, CD56-PE, CD57-PE, CD45RO-PE, CD45RA-APC, and Anti-CCR7-FITC.
