  Mouse mPDCA-1 + PDCs were enriched from a mouse spleen cell suspension using Anti-mPDCA-1 MicroBeads, two MS Columns, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. The cells are fluorescently stained with Anti-mPDCA-1-FITC and Anti-Ly-6C-PE. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
