  Human PBMCs were stimulated for 1 hour with CytoStim or left untreated. The responding cells were stained and isolated according to secretion of IL-5 using the IL-5 Secretion Assay - Cell Enrichment and Detection Kit. In the stimulated sample, 266 IL-5-secreting CD4 + cells were enriched per 10 6 CD4 + T cells by using MS Columns and a MiniMACS™ Separator. In the unstimulated control sample, one IL-5-secreting CD4 + T cell was detected per 10 6 CD4 + T cells after enrichment.
