CD14 MicroBeads have been developed for the separation of monocytes from rhesus monkey PBMCs.

Downstream applications

Non-human primate CD14 MicroBeads can be used for positive selection or depletion of monocytes. Positively selected monocytes from rhesus monkey PBMCs have been used for the generation of dendritic cells.
