The Anti-TCRγ/δ MicroBead Kit was developed for the positive selection or depletion of human T cells expressing the γ/δ variant of the T cell receptor (TCRγ/δ) from peripheral blood, lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, and cultured cells.
Background information
The Anti-TCRγ/δ MicroBead Kit consists of a hapten-conjugated Anti-TCRγ/δ antibody and FITC-conjugated Anti-Hapten MicroBeads. TCRγ/δ is expressed on up to 10% of the peripheral blood T cells.
Downstream applications
TCRγ/δ
+
T cells isolated with the Anti-TCRγ/δ MicroBead Kit have been expanded and used for proliferation and cytotoxicity assays.
