Anti-IgG MicroBeads were developed for the positive selection or depletion of surface IgG-expressing B cell populations from PBMCs or single-cell suspensions from lymphoid tissues.

Applications

Enrichment or depletion of memory B cells that express surface IgG can be achieved by sequential cell sorting using Anti-IgG MicroBeads. After the enrichment of B cells with the CD19 MultiSort Kit, IgG-expressing memory B cells are specifically labeled and isolated with Anti-IgG MicroBeads.

B cells were isolated using the CD19 MultiSort Kit. Fc receptor-bound IgG was removed by washing with sodium acetate buffer. Memory B cells were isolated by using Anti-IgG MicroBeads, an MS Column, and a MiniMACS™ Separator.
