Clone REAL432 is an antibody fragment derived from the full TCR Vβ16 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL432 recognizes the human Vβ16 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ16). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable α and β chains. TCR Vβ16 is expressed on a subset of alpha/beta T cells.
The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
