  Human NK cells were activated with IL-2 and autologous monocytes for 3 days. Cells were stained with CD336 (NKp44) antibodies as well as CD56 antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
