• Figure 1

  Mouse lymph nodes were stained with CD4-VioBlue ® and CD25-APC antibodies. Cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with Anti-FoxP3-PE antibodies. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Autofluorescent cell debris was excluded in an FL-2 versus FL-3 dot plot (data not shown). Gating was performed according to CD4 expression (except for the CD4/Anti-FoxP3 dot plot).
