Tyto Cartridges. It consists of two components, which need to be mixed prior to use: the MACS GMP PBS/MgCl
2
Buffer (# 170-076-155) and the MACS GMP Tytonase (# 170-076-210).
The MACS GMP PBS/MgCl
2
Buffer is an isotonic buffer solution with a pH value of 7.4. Three bags with a volume of 1 L each are packed into a cardboard box for transport.
The MACS GMP Tytonase is the enzymatic component of the MACS GMP Tyto Running Buffer. It is an isotonic solution with a pH value of 7.4 that is sold as a 20× stock solution (5 mL).
