This kit is recommended for the gentle dissociation of tissues while preserving cell surface epitopes. Therefore, it should be used when cell surface epitopes are essential for downstream applications, including cell separation, flow analysis and sorting.

The kit is recommend for the thorough dissociation of tissues. The kit is suitable for the isolation of cells with low frequency from dissociated tissues, such as endothelial cells.
