Running Buffer is a PBS-based buffer optimized for sorting cells using the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge. It is highly recommended to use the MACSQuant Tyto Running Buffer for optimal sorting results.
One bottle contains 100 mL of MACSQuant Tyto Running Buffer. The input chamber of the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge holds a 10 mL volume, which means that one bottle is sufficient for at least 10 sorts.
