Whole Blood CD4 Memory T Cell Isolation Kit has been developed for the fast isolation of untouched memory T cells from freshly drawn anticoagulated whole blood without density gradient centrifugation and red blood cell lysis. Sample volumes of up to 30 mL can be processed.

With the new MACSxpress

Technology, untouched human leukocyte subsets can be isolated from up to 30 mL of anticoagulated whole blood. Non-target cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion using MACSxpress Beads. Simultaneously, erythrocytes are sedimented, yielding untouched target cells of high purity.

Analyzer 10. Cell debris, non-leukocytes, and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on CD45 expression, scatter signals, and propidium iodide fluorescence. CD45RA versus CD45RO expression is shown for gated CD4
