Residual erythrocytes after MACSxpress Isolation are magnetically labeled with the MACSxpress Erythrocyte Depletion Reagent. In the magnetic field of a MACSxpress Separator, the magnetically labeled erythrocytes will adhere to the wall of the tube. The isolated target cells remain unlabeled in the supernatant.
