The Tumor Dissociation Kit, mouse has been developed for the gentle and rapid generation of single-cell suspensions from tumor tissue generated by implanting mouse tumor material into a second mouse. The kit is optimized for high yield of tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. The kit is intended for the time-saving and reproducible preparation of single-cell suspensions in combination with the gentleMACS™ Dissociator and the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator.
Dissociated cells are immediately ready for further
in vitro
or
in vivo
applications such as cell culture and expansion, flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, and molecular applications, or for cell separation using MACS® Technology.
Background information
It is often useful to implant tumor tissue of mouse origin into a mouse model to study tumor development
in vivo
. The Tumor Dissociation Kit, mouse allows the generation of single-cell suspensions from tumor tissue generated in this way.
The kit has been designed to obtain tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, while preserving cell surface epitopes.
