YILIMART - FoxP3 Staining Buffer Set

FoxP3 is expressed predominantly in regulatory T cells (Tregs) and is a major marker and functional regulator of Treg cell development and function.

The antibody is suitable for intracellular staining of FoxP3 in human, mouse, and non-human primate cells and subsequent identification and enumeration of these cells by flow cytometry. The FoxP3 Staining Buffer Set is optimized for intracellular staining of FoxP3 with the antibody clone 3G3.

Human PBMCs were stained with CD4-FITC. Cells were fixed, permeabilized, and intracellularly stained with Anti-FoxP3-PE (A) or Anti-FoxP3-APC (B) using the FoxP3 Staining Buffer Set. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
